RE: Planning application for: 127, 129 and 131 LAIRD DR and 4A, 6 & 8 INDUSTRIAL STREET
An application has been made to rezone the site to permit an automotive dealership and service centre. Additions would be made to the south portion of the large industrial building and to 131 Laird Drive. The other buildings, known as 127 and 129 Laird Drive, will be demolished. The floor space index of the proposal is 0.85 and the lot coverage is 74%.
