It’s been a chaotic 7 days at Bonnie Byford Real Estate! But, we survived the storm!
35+ years of “stuff” has been moved out of our beloved office at 1536 Bayview to clear the way for fire remediation renovations. (We couldn’t have done it without the hard working crew at Promus Restoration. Thank you guys!!)
There was a fire at 1540 Bayview back in October 2011. It destroyed Leaside Cleaners and caused severe smoke damage to The Flower Nook, Nima Money Exchange and although you couldn’t see it, there was smoke damage behind all of our walls. It has been a long wait, but we are finally commencing our building restoration.
No worries, we’re still on Bayview!! Business continues as usual. We have set up a temporary office right across the street at 1515A Bayview Avenue. We’re on the 2nd floor, above “Write Impressions”. (Entrance is on Millwood.) Come up and say hi!
